The work was eventually done. But, i was given a poor solution for my problem at the beginning and i released the complete payment thinking what was offered to me was good but when i asked questions and did some reading i understood the quality of the work was poor. He saw that i didn't had much subject knowledge and proposed to offer me a better solution after asking for much more money as what was posted. Finally, i decided not to continue or buy his program as i felt cheated. This i realised when he tried to explain me the better solution. It was a code which didn't deserve more than what i paid him as this should have been provided at the first outset rather than he playing games to get more money. His professionalism is highly questionable but his knowledge is good.
