IT IS A MACHINE USED FOR STRIPPING PALM FRUIT FROM THE FRUIT BUNCH. THE MACHINE IS MADE OF DIFFERENT PARTS WHICH INCLUDE THE DRUM, BEATER, PULLEY AND THE FRAME. THE DRUM SERVES AS A SIEVE FOR SIEVING THE FIBRE/DIRT FROM THE PALM FRUIT. THE BEATER ROTATES WITH HIGH SPEED WHICH HITS THE PALM BUNCH TO DETACH THE FRUIT FROM THE BUNCH. THE PULLEY IS CONNECTED TO THE BEATER AND ALSO TO THE AUGER. IT IS POWERED BY A 3H.P MOTOR WITH A REVOLUTION SPEED OF 450rpm.
