I am ready to be hired by you and start work on your jobs. I have over 10 years of writing experience; and over three years of usability and UX experience. I did my MBA in Finance from IIMT Pune, followed by a PG in Technical Communications from the University of Pune. I always had a user's mind and interested in usability studies; after spending a couple of years in understanding various aspects of usability, I took formal education and became a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factor International, Iowa, US. I keep refreshing usability studies and interactions design knowledge, so added a short course on Information Design from IIT, Bombay.
