I have worked in both administrative and management capacities for 12 years, out of which 8 years were spent with the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company and for the two years following that with a prominent and respected non-governmental organization (NGO), where I managed groups of highly intelligent individuals who themselves held various managerial roles.
