Electrical Engineer - Designer - Tech Consultant

Our customer wanted to just save on a specific folder, messages and related attachments received and sent for a specific project and then have a spreadsheet that listed all the files with the possibility to easy filter and serach by date, description and keywords and link to the files themselfs. We organized to him the folder configuration to repeat for every project and we developed a VBA customized spreadsheet. The system was orgnaized with 3 main folders, (SENT, RECEIVED, IDT) where to save sent messages and related attachments, received messages and related attachments and document trasmittals forms. Pressing the button the spread sheet was updating the list listing one line for each document on the three folders. For each document automatically was filled date of the document, name of the file, extention,hiperlink to the file and in witch folder the document was.The customer had to add key words of the new files every new update to easy search them as he preferred.

COMMUNICATIONS ARCHIVE SPREADSHEET CUSTOM PROGRAMMED ON VBA

We developed a document controller spreadsheet, customized on his specific projects needs. The idea was to produce one main spreadsheet, where the customer could create, for each project, the document list of the project and keep track of every delivery. Ones the document list has been created he could keep track of every document released to his customer with the possibility to generate, directly from the spreadsheet, the trasmittal form for each delivery. The customer had a spreadsheet made of three main folders. One with the list of basics drawing to chose from for the document list creation, one with the actual document list of every project and one with basics data of each project. In the first folder we developed vba macro to select from the list which document was need for the project and to create directly on the second folder the list of document of the project. Every time the customer had to deliver documents he had just to select them add revision level and press "creat

DEVELOPE OF DOCUMENT CONTROLLER SPREADSHEET

We have been asked to develope 3D project of a sub distribution board based on a pre tested cubicle design of our customer. We developed internal new parts and created a 3D model of the whole cubicle for our customer project. The project was sucessful based on time schedule respect and technical results.

3D SUB-DISTRIBUTION BOARD CUBICLE DESIGN

We experienced many translation projects for tecnical documentation from english to Italian. We translated documents in many formats from DWG schematics as well as PDF or WORD/PAGES instructions/maintenance manuals and technical design verifications.

ENGLISH TO ITALIAN TECHNICAL DOCUMENT TRANSLATIONS

Our Customer needed a spread sheet to generate automatically test reports and test procedure documents customized on every project needs.
The procedures and reports where specifically for electrical caninets and switch boards.
Based on that we defined with the customer which tests were done sistematically and which ones where instead specific for funtionality.
We generetad then a spreadsheet with a main folder to be filled with all the generic project data and to list every unit to be produced of the project.
The customer could select for each unit which specific test needed to be done,
then, with different buttons, was possible to create a project test procedure document in pdf that was including ones all the test selected based on the project configuration.
With buttons was possible to generate for each project unit: test reports (specific for the unit recalling on every test line the chapter of the main test procedure) / Selfcertifications /test check lists (all in PDF format)

DEVELOPE OF TEST PROCEDURES AND REPORTS GENERATING SPREADSHE

This project requested to develop electrical schematics and bills of materials of over 30 switch boards including main and sub power distribution boards.
The material needed to be choosed had to be SIEMENS.
We developed all the electrical and mechanical schematics and bill of materials for the project managing modifications on the flight.
It was a great soddisfaction to see the project become real!
