SENIOR PHP/Flex/Ajax developers

SENIOR DEVELOPERS PHP/MySQL/Ajax, Adobe Flex We are looking for a company that can offer at least 2 senior developers with at least 5 years of experience to help us on a specified project. We need to have more than 1 (3 would be good) resource because we can't rely on one person because of potential absence. The development should be constant and the resources has to be SENIOR with genuine experience of web development. NDA is required before project start. IMPORTANT - The resources MUST to be available on MSN/Skype during working hours. Regular communication with us is an absolute requirement. Expert fields: PHP - Expert skills in Object oriented programming. Zend Framework - Basic knowledge Performance/Optimization - Expert skills in developing robust and fast web applications, knowledge about caching solutions a must MySQL - Great knowledge in database design AJAX/JavaScript - Great knowledge in building dynamic, user friendly sites using common js-libraries Adobe Flex - Expert skills in Adobe Flex and proven experience from AMFPHP or Live Cycle. Security - Great knowledge in building secure sites. Subversion - Experience is required Personality profile: Structured mind. We need clean code, easy to follow for other developers. All code must be documented and well tested. No fast hacks allowed in this project! Initial projects: 1. Remake the edit profile page with Adobe Flex 3/PHP/MySQL/AMFPHP. - Introducing "drag and drop" functionality using AMFPHP(Adobe AMF3 [login to view URL] ). 2. SEO related bug fixes and improvements. - We need a dynamic site-map for Google - Some minor changes in the PHP code to improve indexing (we have a list of issues ready). 3. New login with reset password functionality etc. - With support for Open-id, and "auto-login" (similar to LinkedIn). 4. PHP/Ajax/JavaScript bug fixes and improvements. - Continueous bug fixing ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
