eBay Prostores Website Design

Hello, I have a prostore that I would like to hire someone to help me with several issues so I don't have to do them myself. I sell military and police supplies based in the USA. I currently have auctions on ebay and would like to link those auctions to my prostore. I would like the website to take a military feel and have a flash video on the home page of an iraqi-american firefight. I have an ftp file to transfer the products onto prostores from my supplier. I would like that file to continuously update products daily. My supplier offers turnkey websites with this ftp file already established, but the site looks bad and you can't alter it. I would like the products to have calculated shipping by weight, shippng zip is 92064. Also there are international restrictions on certain products. I need to ensure products are not sold to international customers that can't be sent abroad. I need to have a disclaimer on most products that the purchaser is above 18. I also would like help with the about us, services and policies pages. I want it to state how as an army infantry veteran, served during the persian gulf war, I know what military personnel need for work and play. So obviously I need someone who is familiar with prostores. I would like it to be set up with a good SEO to generate sales. I want the site to have an exciting, patriotic(we support our troops) and professional image. I added some products already but it is incomplete and alot more can be added with the ftp. The ftp only uploads products that are in stock on a daily basis. I would like to bulk edit the prices of the products. I would like a basic logo, nothing fancy. A testimonial box on the homepage would be good. You could include some of my ebay feedback and make it interactive with customers able to leave feedback, but I want to be able to edit it. I would like to have product logos displayed on the home page, scrolling. I have included a link for the site. I want the description of the store to say 'Welcome to Cops and Soldiers. You have discovered the best store for name brand quality police and military supplies for great prices. We ship worldwide. Bookmark this site because we are sure you will return!'
