Help with Xero and UK accounts -- 2

My company is a UK LTD consulting company. The financial year is March 1st to Feb 28th. The company has existed since 2011. 2017/2018 accounts were done by a UK accountant, but from 2018 onwards, I put everything on Xero as the UK account hasn't been trading, but is still open to recover debt from a loan it paid to the US company of the same name in 2018. The bank account is linked up to the Xero system, and most items have been reconcilled, but some remain unreconcilled as I wasn't sure how to account for them. On the 5th Feb 2018 a loan was made from the UK company to the US company of the same name which is unrelated. So far, in 2018 and 2019, one third of the loan has been paid back. It was recorded as a debtor asset in the 2017/2018 accounts, but it hasn't been recorded in Xero, and so I'm not sure how to do that, or how to account for the payments that have been received as a result. So this project requires: 1. To log into Xero and make sure everything is reconcilled and up to date (there are only 10 outstanding lines to reconcile and for the whole of 2018 there were only 130 bank transactions, so this is small anyway. 2. To add the loan that was made on Feb 5th 2018, or certainly to bring it onto the Balance sheet for 2018/2019 accounts (I have the full submitted 2017/2018 submitted accounts and Balance Sheet to reference). 3. To then reconcile the payments that have been made back to Bremnus LTD so far for this loan. 4. To generate the full P&L and balance sheet for Xero so I can submit 2018/2019 accounts. 5. To file tax return for that year (no profit to be taxed).
