TV Dashboard App Development - Completion of existing project

Looking for an expert Xamarin app developer. We have a previous developer that cannot finish this project. Scope of this project is: 1. Become familiar with the progress so far 2. Use our guide of adjuments/fixes to finalize the program 3. Continue Q.A. with our project manager to make sure everything is running the way it should Here is a brief rundown of the app: There are 2 TV's installed at the business. A Raspberry Pi has been purchased and built and has Windows IoT installed and running. We then install the app the developer has provided, and connect it to the TV. The app has a few remaining issues, such as the characters and fonts are not correct (as an example). It is important also to know that the actual Database is on an Azure server. This can be moved to AWS or kept on Azure, whatever is recommended. They then have a web interface where they add info which quickly refreshes onto the screen in real time. The app needs to be limited to 5 names/lines per screen, and needs to go to page 2 rotation automatically then back to page 1. Again, this is nearly complete. Being able to understand English 100% is very important because all the remaining issues are small but very detail oriented. Communication requirements: 1. Have you done a program like this before where we have a backend web app on Azure or AWS server that in realtime sync's to a Xamarin based raspberry pi system? 4.
