Devexpress scheduler drag and drop

Clearly this project will require you to have the devexpress components installed - I will not be providing these or offering licenses for it. Application should be VB.net WPF project using Devexpress module. You can populate dummy data in all fields listed below for testing - we use an api to fill it on our end however we can not sandbox this data for testing. DX GridControl Holds appointments which have not been assigned to a resource, DX Scheduler lists Resources and assigned appointments which are assigned to said resources. I need to have functionality to do the following: 1. Allow drag from GridControl onto Resources in Scheduler a. The application should display the appointment under this resource immediately on the scheduler b. the application should recognize the ID for the GridControl row that was pulled as well as the ID for the Resource dropped onto c. the application should then call a function "AssignCall(AppointmentID, ResourceID)" (this function does not exist currently nor do you need to create it - I just need the dummy call (which can be commented out for testing) 2. Allow drag from one resource to another within the scheduler a. The application should display the moved appointment immediately on the scheduler b. the application should recognize the AppointmentID and the SourceResourceID (old resource) and the DestinationResourceID(new resource) c. the application should then call a function "Reassigncall(AppointmentID, SourceResourceID, DestinationResourceID)" (again function does not exist currently nor do you need to create it - use dummy and comment it out for testing) 3. Allow appointments to be "deleted" (right click on the appointment and select delete or click once then tap delete) from the scheduler and reappear in the GridControl a. The application should show changes immediately b. The application should recognize AppointmentID and SourceResourceID (resource the appointment was assigned to) c. The application should call a function "Unassigncall(AppointmentID, SourceResourceID)" (again function does not exist currently nor do you need to create it - use dummy and comment it out for testing)
