Hi This is a common problem for the websites someday sometimes it won't load and 100% memory will consume. We can't come to a solution it is due to mysql , it might be due to caching mechanism that your server having, temp files etc.. I hope your server is hosted in the cloud platform. Lets do a small debug, login into a your server using ssh and type TOP command and find which process is taking much memory apache or mysql or anything , also on the top of the report see how much CPU, ram, space is utilized. sometimes servers have default setup the 3rd party tools to monitor the server , caching or backup might be running due to this also ram memory have utilized fully and site might be running slowly. if such process where running if u don't want those contact your customer support and ask them to switch of it. 2nd option is you can increase your server Ram memory and CPU process and server ssd memory as one time coast instead of paying here 250AUD. If you want me to check the debugging alone then my price is negotiable. Let's have a discuss.
