Wordpress front-end editor + paid post submission + wpml

I am creating a multilingual wordpress website [login to view URL] where users should be able to submit and edit their post for money or some credits / vouchers. This website is designed using "pluto" template + WPML. I need to have done: 1) geoip redirect homepage to some languages 2) correctly set WPML - ignore user language settings on front-end. (for example czec user has some czech translations in english part of the website..., that is wrong for us) 3) we need some good working front-end editor with rich text editor, able to add media, different post types, etc. Must work in multiple languages with wpml. Should send emails (you have submitted a post, your post was approved e.t.c.) 4) Paid posts - I need some system for managing paid posts. Users should be able to add free posts and also paid posts in some categories (or without nofollow links). It would be great if user just have to enter "voucher id" or something like that when submitting a post. And than create a woocommerce part where users would be able to buy vouchers for posts. 5) lots of small details to make the website perfect 6) put the whole project on github so we can track changes We are looking for long-therm cooperation if we are satisfied we will have much more projects.
