Uploading Products on Wordpress Site based on Chinese descriptions

We need someone who is trained in both Chinese and English language and knows how to use basic Photoshop tools, to help upload products onto our website and also manage the following:
- Create product listings on our Wordpress ecommerce site
- Write product descriptions in English, based on Chinese product descriptions
- Save/extract product photos online
- Edit photos with Photoshop
- Upload product photos
- Perform simple product keyword optimization on Wordpress platform
Requirements:
- Trained in both Chinese and English language
- Familiar with Chinese e-commerce websites
- Familiar with Wordpress platform
- Knows how to use basic Photoshop tools
