Need a jquery issue corrected for wordpress plugin "Gravity Forms" (forms not displaying when using conditional logic)

I need my website re-configuredI am having an issue with the "Gravity Forms" plugin. There is some sort of jquery conflict. Any forms with conditional logic do not show. The others show fine. I have "Googled" this issue and found it was common and should be a simple fix but I am not experienced in jquery and could not fix it. I am not willing to pay over $20 for what should be less than 30 minute job.
