Integration booking function (Bookly) into WordPress web site/page

PROJECT OVERVIEW We currently run a Wordpress website for a car repair shop. We would like to incorporate appointment booking functions so customers can book for repairs or service. The purpose is to automate the website booking process, i.e. the customer can only book from available time slots, they receive automatic booking confirmation, and reminder email notifications. Staff at the car repair shop can also view and modify all appointments through Google Calendar, and configure the booking UI through a simple tool. The requirement is to integrate the Wordpress plugin Bookly ([login to view URL]) into our webpage. The control needs to be part of the webpage, and NOT a popup window. The new plugin will replace the existing plugin (WP Simple Booking Calendar). We'll let you know the initial configuration (e.g. which views to show/hide, colours, custom questions, notifications etc) of the plugin that we want to use, so you can configure the plugin for us. DELIVERABLES We need you to code all changes, test it on a test website you own, and finally deploy onto our website, configure the plugin, and test everything is working. You are also responsible for configuring Google Calendar integration, to ensure all changes are sync'd correctly between the two. We expect all source code to be well written (note I'm a professional software engineer too!)! Please comment where necessary for maintenance purposes. Some notes: - We will purcahse the plugin for you to access during development - We will give you access for the purpose of deploying changes to the website - All source code delivered to us - Remove the current simple calendar plugin, to be replaced by the new plugin - We'll provide instructions to what to configure for the booking plugin PROJECT APPROVAL There are 3 milestones 1. Your work uploaded to a test website YOU host for our approval, i.e. functioning plugin, configured to our specifications, showing correct integration with Google Calendar (we'll share with you the account) 2. Final web page uploaded to our website, i.e. with functioning plugin, configured to our specifications, showing correct integration with Google Calendar (we'll share with you the account) 3. Release all source code to us Note: correct integration means changes in Google Calendar will be reflected on the website, and changes on the website will be reflected in Google Calendar. Changes should propagate at near real-time, i.e. within 30s given normal Internet connection. 33% of fund will be released for each milestone.
