Hello. It's almost impossible to import so big database dump using phpmyadmin. But it's not complex to import it using ssh commands. So if you have ssh access and if you already uploaded dump to server I can help you

Import of 3.5G of database is not possible it will never complete. it has to be import from backend (ssh) only. I will require the whole rights access to the server to do the task.
