a wordpress based site for QR Creation and managment

site will manage and create QR codes according to given data, the QR image will be read by a mobile application that will be working with the site.
QR are for real world products, each product is produced in a specific batch, and there is a set of extra Lab test and other data that we want the client to be exposed to without printing it on the package.
QR will contain the data on the QR itself and also share a link (url) to the WP site from which the app can retrieve the data or extra data relevant.
The site will manage a few user plans (+ payments)
payment will be done by QR making or on monthly basis
The site will manage users in several permissions and rules. According to plan and rule a QR will be created.
The site will allow a user to see his QR “activety” (on a map as well) places from which his QRs (data url request) were used, number of times a QR data was requested etc ...
Plugins Site will include (u can use thjese or similar as you prefer):
- User Plan select (i.e armemberplugin)
- QR make (i.e kaya-qr-code-generator)
- Import/Export/Edit CSV file (i.e wpDataTable)
- JSON managment plugin (i.e JSON Content Importer)
- Analytic usage data and map view of site hits
- desin plugins (as needed)
- more plugins as developer see needed
Site screens:
* Main page
* User Plan select (+ payments, start with paypal and CC)
* User login and account data
* List of all QR made for the client
* Edit data per QR
* create QRs for the client.
* up to 6 more user/qr data edit screens
You can use an existing template you modify or your own template as you desire.
We will supply wireframe for site screens, you should adjust design by wireframe.
We will supply all logos and Cpanel to place the site in.
This is a long term project, the development will be done in 3 stages.
Stage 1 – by spec we sent. (this project)
Stage 2 – add features and modify design (will be budgeted seperatly)
Stage 3 – add site content managment and more features (will be budgeted seperatly)
Payment will be done by milestones via Freelancer site payments
1st – Alpha version, all screens working 20%
2nd – Beta1 version, all works + site flow 20%
3rd – Beta2 version, all design implemented 20%
4th – Beta3 & QA, site is done and submited 20%
5th – End of QA process and site approval 20%
