Add 6 Products to WooCommerce (Wordpress site)

We have a Wordpress site and need some products added from our parent company website. Each product has multiple sections that need to be transferred. We are using WooCommerce with some custom plugins for additional product options. For each product the following must be transferred:
1. image: will need to be resized for our site
2. Name/Description
3. Overview: Can copy/paste from parent site
4. Model No. (Order Code)
5. Notes
6. Icons
7. Specifications (copy/paste text)
8. Downloads (need to download PDF files and upload to matching section on our site)
9. Options (need to create any options that don't already exist on our site)
