Simple windows service and installer

Hello, This project should be pretty simple for someone who did it in the past. I want a windows service (that runs on Windows 7 and newer) that can be installed only by Administrators that starts a dll file when an interactive logon is successful. The current installer is NSI and the code looks like this File "[login to view URL]" File "[login to view URL]" File "[login to view URL]" WriteRegStr HKLM "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" "xxxx" '$SYSDIR\[login to view URL] "$APPDATA\xxx\[login to view URL]" rdl "$APPDATA\xxx\[login to view URL]"' Basically is a registry key in RUN that makes the dll start. I want the service to perform the same task. I will need an installer (MSI) for the service that will require Administrator rights for installation / uninstallation . The installer name is important because it will contain a server name or IP address and a port. Those values needs to be stored in the [login to view URL] file. For example if the installer name is [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) the ini file will store the [login to view URL] and 8888 in the ini file. ServerName=[login to view URL] ServerPort=8888 The MSI file should be installed manually or with the domain policy as as software deployment. If you have questions – please ask. I will provide you you the 3 files (2 dll and 1 ini) that are quired to build the msi. My code (the dll files) are C++ with no dependencies. I want your code to be the same as mine if possible – to do not require additional libraries in order to perform the installation and effective running. Thank you.
