windows 2008 server on godaddy keeps getting hacked

i have a a VPE server win 2008 on godaddy that has only one site dotnetnuke site this server keeps getting stuck (website goes down) and many times server hacked i have installed on server malwarebytes>>> server now stopped getting hacked but keeps getting stucked i want to solve this issue after knowing what causes server getting stuck problem 2 [login to view URL] this the website on the server it has a problem maybe dns or something that causes some people not being able to reach website although site is working i think any users who use ISP as bezeq international can not reach site... i think as website before it moved to godady was hosted on bezeq international servers in israel
