We have a corporate static website that needs to be rewritten / redesigned using Hugo framework and the Syna theme (or another one close enough in styling and component support). The ideal freelancer will be able to provide some examples in his/her portfolio using Hugo. Ideally, will have also design experience (CSS design would be superb). No agencies will be accepted or considered. We are open about deadlines. All other considerations will be discussed before approving the budget.
