Website + Logo needed

New website needed - site will be used to run competitions for prizes on an ongoing basis, once one competition finishes the next one starts automatically.

Must be able to process card payments from entrants on the site (NO Paypal, Credit/Debit card only) and incorporate a simple multiple choice qualifying question for each competition to satisfy regulatory requirements.

(e.g. Name the popular make of phone a: BWW b:Samsung c:Pepsi - in other words the question should be REALLY simple with a clearly obvious answer and a new question used for each new competition)

Solution should also incorporate a randomised 'winner' generator - when the predetermined number of entries is reached the results are 'broadcast' live from the site at an agreed time - e.g. 6pm the day AFTER the last entry is purchased.

If the results draw can be linked to a Facebook live broadcast this would be a bonus.

Users must register with site before entry and details such as name, address, phone number and Email should be valid to receive physical prize via signed for delivery.

Email verification process to be incorporated for new users - each new user should have a unique username/password (Email as username should be OK). Username/password used to 'login' to account for future competitions, account history made available to users, i.e. a record of all previous purchases/entries they have made.

A Password recovery system should be made available to users also.

Once registered, users can purchase as many entries as they wish and enter future competitions any time by logging into their already registered account.

Solution also needs to generate an entry confirmation email for each entrant confirming their entry to the competition. If all entrants can be emailed advising them that the required number of entries has been reached and the time of draw this would be a good feature to include if possible, also a results email confirming the winners details sent to all entrants of that competition (Basic info like name and general location/city is enough).

Ideal solution to be hosted via cPanel (Provided) and easily supported and updated on an ongoing basis as required - Wordpress solution preferred but others considered if suitable.

Basic Logo/Branding also required, theme will be provided to successful Freelancer.
