Make New Website

We need someone to develop our website, these are the terms. The finished product MUST be to an extremely high standard. I must be able to easily edit content without programming knowledge. You must be able to start work a.s.a.p, the job MUST be completed within 3 weeks (if you go over this time I will deduct money from your fee). I have already written up a basic design for the site in MS Publisher, so you will have something to go from. Also, the site won't me that complex as the main content will be text, which we will write and some pictures that we will send you. However, being creative on your part is vital, and you are encouraged to add to our content. UNLESS THE SITE LOOKS FANTASTIC YOU WILL NOT GET PAYMENT. We have excellent feedback as an employer so we are not looking to rip anyone off. We just want good work and hassle free!
