Fix woocommerce shop page, optimize for SEO, add filters, tag cloud

I made a custom shop page . This is the page [login to view URL] Then I set it as my shop page (a duplicate has been set as the shop page) [login to view URL] Now the page has become all funny. The formatting has gone off and the products are showing as duplicates at the bottom. Please fix this to look as the original page OR you can use a plugin I don't care This is what I want: 1. All products should be organized by categories. I couldn't find a plugin to do this thus made the custom page 2. tag cloud - discuss with me where to put this 3. Category list / sorting by price etc. I like what the WOOF plugin promises to do (See attached pic) but when i set it up on my site it looked terrible!!! 4. Sort by price 5. Products and shop to be optimized for SEO Anything you want to suggest, I'm open to ideas as a 2nd milestone. thanks!! NO COPY PASTE PROPOSALS please
