I'm looking for a developer that can create a desktop tool that works on WIndows, Linux AND OSx. The tool will be quite basic, the first version will need these functions: 1. Notification icon ( in windows the icon in the right bottom corner ) 2. Notification window for when it receives a notification 3. It needs to check an external endpoint every 5 or 10 seconds. This endpoint will provide a json with data that needs to be processed. One of the records in this json can be a notification that there is a new e-mail message. When the notification window is clicked, it should open the website url that is also provided in the json. 4. There must be an installer for windows, linux and osx available 5. It must be build to be able to receive updates. Can you create a simple desktop tool like this, please send your offer and i will get in contact with you soon.
