Design and build 3 page website, including logo, clean design, functional and beautiful

As someone that has been screwed over by so many bad designers and programmers, I am searching for a GREAT designer and programmer. If you are a team, that will work as well, but it has to be a simple, aesthetic design, including your version of a logo. The logo does not have to be perfect yet, but I need to see how good your design skills are. This is an introductory project, so that I can find a good designer/programmer that I can work with on a larger project, and I know that a good programmer is 10 times better than an average one, so I only want to work with the best. I will also need an app developer for this project, so if you can build apps, you will be considered over those who can not. Project: The website will be at the URL [login to view URL] and the website name will be HomePress. Logo should reflect the name HomePress. The website is like a Carfax/Birth Certificate for a home, which includes everything that goes into a home when it is being built. This includes: Building permits House plans Home inspections Home appraisals Contractor info Images: Pictures of the the home being built Photos around the neighborhood The 3 pages: Home page, where the user goes to first, and can create a profile or login About Us page 1 profile page, this can be a test profile that works from a login that you have created. Functions: User logs in to the website User makes a profile, Name, email address. Verification email sent to email address User may also login with Facebook User profile includes Street address of the home that is in the user's profile, also a Google Maps location. Images Files (documents) Design must be clean, and very easy for the user to navigate. This is a small milestone for a quick project, that will lead to a larger project. This milestone must be functional, clean code, and can be hosted on a functional webhost, and must work properly without any bugs.
