Customer Service Specialist: Is a full time, permanent position that offers full benefits beginning on your first day of employment. Genpact is searching for dynamic, open-minded, mature individuals for this position, located in our Richardson, TX office. There is no opportunity to work remotely.
The duties of the position will be to receive and respond to inbound customer calls, e mails and chant; gather and verify required information, Comprehend customer request, for product or services and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
