Creation of a single HTML page (wireframe & measurements provided)

The creation of a HTML page for use as part of a hybrid mobile app. The page should load and appear in landscape mode only (no rotation when the phone is rotated).
Note: this project doesn't involve coding of the app content, it is only the creation of the boxes which will hold the app images and text.
I have the wireframe created, with box sizes marked out using percentages (please find it attached).
I want the page to be fixed in landscape mode (it should not rotate to portrait when the device is turned).
Page should look well on all types of phones and tablets (I have used percentages to show the box sizes I want for the various elements (but perhaps this isn't the best method for larger screens, I am open to advice on this)).
I will need to be able to test the page on my mobile device when complete to ensure it's working correctly.

Note: this is the first in a series of small projects, if it goes well then there will probably be further edits to be made (additions of modals and other pages), I will rehire you and create new milestones if this happens.

Super easy project. You need several divs in an easy layout, no content. I've done this a bunch of times, should be very quick, especially with no content. I will be using bootstrap.
