Create front page template w/ divi in wordpress

I need a single page wordpress template developed using the divi theme with wordpress. This template is going to be focused around candidates running for political campaigns, and should be able to be edited very easily over and over again, based on a form customers will fill out (you don't need to edit it, just needs to be built around that mindset). It does not need to be super fancy, but it shouldn't look horrible. I will get you the plans in an easy to understand way. You can use my elegantthemes license (developer), and you can do this on my hostgator server, if needed. Don't have a super big budget, but project shouldn't take more than a few hours (if even).
