Clubs Network Visitors Control System using NFC

I'm looking for price to design and code front end, create data base, export data from MS Excel into database, create backed, build interface between universal NFC reader and Windows 10. Client shouldn't be involved or minimal involvement. What is this for: Here is a network of small clubs. They want to use NFC tags to control visitors, they membership details in real time. On front end here are 3 zones: Member zone - see events, membership details and edit personal details. Accountant zone - edit membership details, timers, filters, generate Excel reports, add messages and events to front end, new users Admin zone - add new database fields, edit user cards and else.. Job is paid on completion only, once client is 100% satisfied. Project steps: 1. You will need to prepare structural diagram and wire frames. Client will assist only with functionality. 2. You will have to do 3 basic design mock ups (colors, few pictures) to get feedback from client and agree on it. 3. Client will give you database entries to begin with. Client should be able to edit himself vCard and rename few unnamed entries. 4. Mock ups. You should count how many pages site has and where structurally it sits. What data goes where 5. Coding and testing 6. Creating interface with NFC to allow client to read NFC tags with mobile phone or other Windows universal NFC reader. As example, client swipes NFC tag and client see where visitor is, when, is his membership active. If not active or due soon - flags up on the screen 7. Page works on mobile devices, responsive programming. 8. All uploaded on your test server. Tested by client. You getting 50% 9. You uploading on client server of choice and getting rest of money Budget is tight, no Space technology needed, could be cloned.
