Need two web pages. First page will be a template that the second page will be created from. This page will have the header and footer but the body will be without content just the div showing where to drop in new page content. Header and footer should always remain at top and bottom of web page in browser. Page will resize gracefully in browser. Second page will use data that will reside in a MS SQL db. Open to how this data is read into and used by this page. Website will be hosted on ColdFusion web server, but use of CF is not required if this page can interact with MS SQL. The page will allow the data to be sorted and filtered. Hovering over a row will highlight the row. Clicking on a row will hyperlink to that target page. Selecting a row via checkbox will allow user to perform additional actions by sending to a targeted page when a button is clicked. No other pages will be required, but do need to confirm the correct selected records would be sent to a targeted page (showing list of IDs sent). This page will manage approximately 500+ records in the DB so it needs to be fast and responsive. A mockup of the desired page is included and provides additional detail on how the website page should function.
