Build Amazon Affiliate e-commerce Site - Immediate Start and Previous Knowledge ESSENTIAL

I need an amazon affiliate site creating. I do have DIVI themebuilder paid for, but no amazon affiliates account is set-up just yet. I also have a domain. Requirement - We need to create a website that builds giftlists based on pre-selected criteria - such as age, gender, interests. That will need to speak to 'amazon' in order to display relevant listings based on the search. I do not know how this will work technically, which is why we need an expert with demonstrable experience. Before awarding, I would like to go through the requirements in detail, Ideally, you would then give me a timeframe and cost for completion. This is needs to be simplistic to use, and it needs to happen quickly, but in the right way. We need an experienced pair of hands. The idea is, the person inputs data about a person, then creates an amazon affiliated gift list to use.
