Easy money for I.T/Web professional - Help me create a local version WordPress site and database. (Or just fix current error)

Please bid $40 (you can bid less but bids higher will be ignored, including freelancer commission) I need to work on a currently live WordPress website offline so my modifications do not affect the live site. (To be done via TeamViewer) - You will need to use XAMPP which I have installed - Currently running Windows 7 - FileZilla will be up and running and connected to the site files - DO NOT MODIFY LIVE SITE - Will also have the WordPress dashboard to the site and the [login to view URL] hosting account logged into I have already downloaded the database which is in Downloads > [login to view URL] I have downloaded the latest WordPress which is in Downloads > [login to view URL] I thought I had successfully implemented the site files with the WordPress files and Database. I have successfully had WordPress running locally on my machine at 127.000.1/wp2. This was working fine but was just a blank WordPress dashboard ready to build a site from scratch. However, I need to work on an existing site for a client. I downloaded what I thought were the appropriate files via FTP (FileZilla) and put them in my C://xampp/htdocs/sitename (the folder named wp2 is the latest attempt) When I attempt to boot up the local site at 127.000.1/wp2/ I get the error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_post_format_slugs() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp2\wp-includes\[login to view URL] on line 1420 The client's site has several plugins that need updating which he was hesitant about doing so. I followed tutorials to download and run the WordPress site locally. I would like somebody who is extremely familiar downloading and working on WordPress sites offline. I Googled the error and I think it might have to do with the theme or plugins not being up to date. But I am sick of fiddling with it myself and my deadline is too close for comfort. NOTES: - my localhost cannot be accessed via Chrome (due to current settings I guess) - need to go to Firefox and type in 127.000.1/.... to access the localhost. - contact me before updating any themes or plugins on the live site HOW TO GET ME TO HIRE YOU: - Explain in your own words what my issue is (and how you could fix it) - Have a decent profile and/or prove to me your skills otherwise - Live in a Western Country or Israel and speak English well (Australians will get top priority) - Have Teamviewer - be ready to start and/or finish within the next couple of hours. (preferably no longer than 3 hours) - although this should be an hour's work at most - have a 20% milestone request with your bid If you do this fast and efficient and I understand what you did I will tip up to an extra 50% ($20 AUD)
