Wordpress site population - graphics and CSS work - repost

FLAT DESIGN ONLY This site already had a working template of outstanding quality. The bids are to simply use composer to layout pages add content and put income custom graphics and CSS. This is not a large project. Create a look and feel for the site which is fun and creative and will appeal to children but is not childish. The image of the word poketo should be an inspiration... This has three colours in the font and has. fun creative feel. This is the style I want over all on the site. A site which uses this style on other page graphics etc Create slider images 5 - and show using layer slider Create coloured headers each page Port the logo to a vector version - it is very simple image with hands below - Select font and apply using the font settings within theme. Good communication skills, experience with Wordpress, CSS excellent, illustrator or photoshop This is really a graphic design task to create a look and feel using the current theme to modify images and CSS. The number of images is small the main work to create the look and feel. Only flat modern style.... And all work will be on a responsive template already in place.
