I have an idea of a layout that I want a web designer to fully develop. The designer would use their expertise to better design and develop the idea. I need a very clean and user-friendly design / interface. Please review the below and provide me a quote on the web design as well as a plan to include your work, referencing the below and any additional work you would need to do. FYI: The website will be developed using Open Source and Drupal, to be more specific. * I am NOT looking for an hourly rate. I will only work with someone on a fixed price.
