website design for a classified

Dear Freelancers, I need a fully responsible and dedicated web designer to convert my creation into website design. I need a serious web designer, rest of the them, please ignore this. I need a website design within 4 to 6 days. We need a matured and classy UI Design for a classified website. The website consists of 5 to 7 pages. The basic design requirement/format template will be provided in Excel. The home page and inner page graphics and logo has to be designed and handed over for approval. The design should be provided with atleast 3 revisions. It should be highly eye appealing, user friendly, informative and SEO friendly. After Approval, it needs to be sliced into HTML. Once design get approval, what we are expecting from the web designer are 1. Convert the design template into classy website theme 2. Icon images need to be addded whereever it is required 3. The website should support all major browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari 4. Login/Register/Follow Ad should be in popup window. 5. Font name and font size should be same for all browsers 6. Expand all and Collapse all, tab functionality, Menu Highlighting and Horizontal dropdown should be included in the website design.
