Website design and cut HTML and CSS code from existing wireframes

This project has a requirement for both website design and cutting relevant HTML and CSS code from already developed wireframes. Website design: we have a website in mind to replicate as a template (based on look and feel). It's clean and pretty simple to use as a design direction. Code and cut: you will be given a number of wirefarmes to code into HTML and CSS. Our technical team will brief you on these requirements beforehand and supply you with the relevant pages if you are awarded the project. At this stage we have 10 wireframe pages. Please bid based on web design and coding requirement as described above. If coding requirements increase (e.g. we end up needing more pages done), we expect your fee to increase proportionately for this element. PLEASE INCLUDE LINKS TO THREE WEB PAGES THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED AND CODED IN HTML AND CSS (AND CAN PROVE THEY WERE YOUR PROJECTS) WHEN YOU BID TO REFLECT THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK. We will not consider bids that do not include 3 webpage links for us to have a look at. IN SUMMARY: you are bidding to design a website that will mimic the look and feel of an existing site plus code 10 wireframe pages into HTML and CSS
