Web 2.0 UI - Expert design only, no beginners please

Hello, I have a site that is 90% complete, but I am not happy with the UI. I want someone who can design a very attractive Web 2.0 UI that is light, fresh and simple using the same colors (derivative colors are OK) that I have in the current design. All you have to do is send me the PSD files, no coding or slicing is required, my developers are going to take care of that. The whole website consists of 10 views. I have attached one of the views to this post. I will only select the provider who will do the following: 1. Download the attached view, and redesign it. 2. If I like your design, I will select you immediately. I will only reply to those who send me a sample design based on the attached file. Don't worry about the map, just try to reformat the details area, the video/pictures area, and the footer and header. That's all. My max budget for the whole project is $100. Its only a UI redesign.. once you design the first page, the rest are pretty similar.
