We are looking for individuals to join our team. We offer both Administration and Design Services to individuals and companies.
We are looking for people to work with us on a basis similar to a contractor. We receive projects from Clients and will then notify those contractors with the necessary expertise that the project is available and first to respond will be awarded the project.
We are looking for individuals who can provide all or any of the following services:-
Data Entry
Transcription
Websites - with cart functionality and without
Logos, Business Cards, Letterheads, With Compliments and Envelopes (Corporate Identity Kits)
Flyers
Brochures
Presentations
Photo Editing
Facebook Designs
E-Book Designs
Newsletters
Email Templates
Label Designs
Packaging Designs
Stationary Designs
Websites with and without online carts
Please submit your proposal stating exactly which of the above services you specialise in, the costing that you charge for each service you can provide and the average turnaround for each of the services. Please be reasonable with costs as you will be placed onto our team and will receive offers of work as we receive projects.
Please be aware that we are only interested in individuals that have English as their first language, who possess a strong work ethic and can work to deadlines and individuals who keep open and clear communication.
In relation to Transcription we do impose error penalties per every 25 errors. The penalty is a monetary deduction from your payment. This is due to sub-standard work we have been provided with from previous contractors. We will also require you to complete a test transcription which we will provide you with if your proposal is short-listed.
For the design services we would appreciate samples to be included of the services you specialise in, or a direction to a website portfolio would be acceptable also or to websites that you have designed.
We also would like to know of any other Freelance Websites you are currently registered on and receiving work from. When we submit work to you for completion the work will remain our property and the clients property and you will not have any right to any of the works involved.
