Data Gathering, research on businesses

I need to gather information about businesses in a specific format. It can be EXCEL, ACCESS, notepad, etc as long as it's consistant so I can write an import into my PHP database. Excel is probably the best. This project will be used as a test and will include 50 records. The data required in the record is listed below. The information can be found on the web. I'll provide a good starting place to look once the project is accepted. The business must reside in the US. No more than 10 business per state and no more than two buisiness per classification. Mostly you can cut and paste the information. It takes me about 3-5 minutes to complete a record. Sometimes it takes a little bit of searching to get the info. Too much searching, just go to a new company. Long term this project can grow to 2-3 companies for each classification for every reasonably sized city in the US. One of my criteria in selecting a provider is the abilty to accuratly follow instructions. This bid is for 50 records, complete and accurate. I could buy already completed business listings from list providers, however I would like a more targeted list. The list provides can supply 500 records for about $150 in small quantites and even cheaper for larger quantities, so the bidding has to be very competitive or I'll need to go with the pre-compiled lists. Each record must include: Business Name Web Address Email First Name Last Name Phone Street Address City State Zip Classification: Air Conditioning Contractor, Electric Contractors, Flooring, General Contractors, Home Builders, Home Improvements, Painting Contractor, Patio and Deck Builders, Plumbing Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Siding Contractors, Swimming Pool Contractors, fill these up and we will add more classifications.
