10-15 seconds 3D animation

We need a short FUNNY animation done in 3D with a TREE FROG character....that will look like this one: <[login to view URL]:[login to view URL]>? . This animation will be inserted on our new product website and must be in good quality for screening on a TV ad, if necessary. This will be the first video including this character and other short movies will have to be done on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Please read the following for our requirements: CHARACTER: You have to create it, but must ressemble the one linked. He will appear in the videos and we will need one 2D picture for our logo. VIDEO TIME: 10-15 seconds SOUND: no voices, only object sounds and create a weird language for the frog. STORYBOARD: 1- A frog,? standing like a human, wants to cross the street and is looking the right moment. 2- He decides to cross and suddenly his cell phone rings. He answers and says a few words and hangs...but his cell? sticks to his fingers. 3- He stops walking and shakes his hand to release it....and BANG a car rolls? over the frog. 4- We see the wheel turning and the? frog is imprinted on the wheel (rectangular shape). 5- Driver stops and takes of the frog and puts it on his dash board and sticks his celll on the FROG PAD. ?
