Create Professional PDF Ebook Out Of Word Documents

I have an 8 chapter book, roughly 70 pages of word documents that I would like compiled into a PDF eBook. I will provide images that I would like used on certain pages and I need a professional looking layout and typography used for the eBook. I also would like a front and back cover designed, plus a box icon design for promoting this eBook. I also want a viral marketing send to a friend tool installed into the eBook, that will allow people to send a download link to their friends. Please only bid if you have examples of your previous work to show me.
