Brittish Bulldog Icon For Software

I am looking to have a logo designed for my new software its a file shredder type program (protecting users privacy) I want a logo of a Bulldog (in the usual Bulldog stance) possibly dressed in the Union Jack Flag (we have all seen this) I want the image to be quite cartoony but professional I require the image in Photoshop PSD format with all layers (please do not try and sell me an image that i can find on google images searches) but by all means use google to get an idea of what i am looking for or a starting point. The image will be used on the website as part of the main header, and on the software's main heading and also as the logo for the software. I need the image in large format (high quality) I also need to be able to change the background colour so i need this to be a transparent layer.
