We are seeking a VA to help maintain our property maintance workflow on our cloud based application. Our office is a real estate company and have most of everything cloudbased. You would be responsilble for: -Scanning portal emails for tenant requested maintenance, adding to the platform -Following up jobs in the que with the relevant trades person to ensure completion and final bill -Reviewing all property reports to detail any suspected nd reported maintenance -Discuss with the property manager a list of items to discuss with the property owner -Respond to tenant with trouble shooting tricks and tips -Your cover letter for this role must have your favourite disney character -Understand property maintenance -enter and Complete quotations and work orders -Update tenants via email update This is not limited to the above roles, as the role will develop. You must have attention to detail and be very thorough at every time. Time zone is not a big issue as we will cross over at one point, but as long as the work is completed promptly and with efficiency, we may the right fit. To apply, we need you to have experience in customer service, excellent computer skills, ability to learn new programs, attention to detail and want to join a growing team.

Hello, My name is Cynthia Strauss and I live in NJ (USA). I am the daughter to a plumber who has been in business for over 50 years (multi generation).
