We are a small Travel Advisor group based in Atlanta Georgia USA that help clients find vacation rental homes in Florida USA and beyond. Looking for candidates that have excellent English and some database skills. I have errors with my data so part of responsibility will be to compare online data to scraped data that is in our database. You willl check and make sure fields are populated in the correct manner because we take info from many sources. We also search for properties on this data so in order for us to do this the data has to be correct in the tables. You will help identify issues. Also I will have you help us respond to inquiries, work the phones with customer support, do research for properties and data entry. We work in USA so you must have impeccable English (speaking, reading, writing and comprehension) skills to be able to deal with customers on phone. Please do not respond unless you have this as it will be a core part of the job. Hours will be 9am to at least 7pm EST daily but if you want more or less hours that can be arranged. Must be able to multi task and work quickly. please submit resume with experience noted. Must have friendly demeanor and be comfortable speaking on phone.
