My Basic Task Include:
- Answer all customer support emails and take care of all requests. Handle all situations such as returns/refunds/chargebacks/tracking information/disputes/requests/etc.
-Assisting customer in placing an order in Shopify.
- Replying to comments on your ads (which increases your conversions)
- Deleting and hiding bad comments in your ads. Banning customer that may destroy company’s reputation.
