As an administrative assistant, you will be working directly with one of the owners and assisting him in multiple tasks to create growth. Primarily, you will be tasked with bookkeeping task, social media management, and customer service. You will also help to grow our online presence and internet sales. As a smaller company, you will play a bigger role and have the opportunity to learn several different skills and fields (Such as Marketing, Design, Web Sales, photoshop, photography, etc).
Required Skills
• Excellent Writing Skills
• Great People Skills
• General Understanding and Comfort with Computers and Different Software Programs
• Proficient in Excel, Word, etc
• Spanish is a plus
• Basic Photoshop skills preferred but not required.
