Creating a beautiful urban music video

I want to create a music video for my next single. A couple of things are important before bidding starts: A) I want a very urban feel and since I love countries like Hungary, Romania, Poland, and it's neighbours I want buildings with a slight "communist" feel. B) Since I'm based in Sweden and often travelling it will be hard for myself to participate in the video (unless you're based in Budapest/Bukarest/Copenhagen/Stockholm/Berlin - then we could work something out) C) I love the style of artists like Romanian Carla's Dreams Please check their videos before bidding so I know we could be a good match :) Good example is the song Imperfect or Unde D) It's important you can give me direct links to example work you've done before E) Budget is 100 euros - 350 euros. F) I have a vision of the style and sort of story I want to be told in the video YET not the details so creativity is important and wanting to do this as a collaborative effort :)
