I need a freelancer to create a high-def video from a photograph or poster that has been posted on Facebook. Essentially, I am trying to animate still images in the photo similar to the sample below. In addition, I need the animation to be synced with an existing voiceover track which is about 60 seconds in duration. I also need this do be done on a short time frame.
