Video editing for talks from event

There are 12 talk sessions from an event, with each talk between 30mins - 45mins. Each of the talks requires: - Adding an intro, consisting of animation + text (Will be provided as an AEP file) - Adding an outro (Will be provided as a .MOV/.MP4 file) - Removing certain sections of the video from the beginning and end (timestamps/references will be provided) - Removing any noise from the audio and tuning the vocal levels, if required - Colour correction of video (removal of any blue tints, if present) - Displaying presentations of the speakers as well as the speaker shots in the same frame, similar to picture-in-picture format (Camera recording and presentation recording will be provided as 2 separate synchronized video files, along with a reference video) Inputs that will be provided: - Intro file - AEP - Outro file - .MOV/.MP4 - Document providing details of edits and text to be included in intro file - Raw footage via Google Drive/Dropbox or shared physically (if based in Bengaluru) (1080p) Deliverables required: - Each of the talks as separate files, along with the intros/outros/audio corrections and other items as mentioned above, shared via any of the online file transfer services (1080p resolution) Iterations: - Final deliverables might need further iterations if audio corrections/edits/video corrections are not satisfactory Lead time: - 3 days to 7 days (including Saturdays & Sundays) (non-negotiable)
